Our accommodation is not a B&B but is carried out according to "pure touristic accommodation", ruled by  Italian law 431/98 art. 1: it's referred to a short-time lease (apartment or part of it) which doesn't allow us providing guests but furnishing and basic endowment. Hence, services like wake-up alarm, meals, breakfast, linen change, food sell are neither provided nor included in final price.
