You have to pay directly on website at least 10 days before check-in. If you book less than 10 days before no refund is provided. 

No other expenses are requested but booking amount and accommodation fee, unless you arrive after ordinary check-in time (06.00pm - 10.00pm): in this case you will be requested to pay 20€ at your arrival. If you are sure in advance to arrive after 10.00pm you can pay when booking (just follow the reservation form procedure).

from/to airports

Unfortunately we won't give your money back if we are not noticed at least 10 days in advance: if you notice us about your troubles 10 days in advance you'll be refunded 97% (3% is taken for bank commission). Percentages are referred to full amount.

luggage drop

Usually it's possible, even if it's not granted! Call us a couple of days in advance to remind us and let us manage for it, a solution is always possible. We remind you that in case of early check-in you will drop luggage and take keys: then you ought to exit and visit the City. Access to the room is anyway from 6pm onward.

Yes, just click the button "Quick check-in" in "Booking" page. You will be requested to send clear photos of you documents by email or better Whatsapp (number is available on "Contact" page).

Check-in time is between 06.00pm and 10.00pm: you can ask and we will try to satisfy you, but it is not granted due to staff availability. Early check-in, if possible, has no extra charge. Anyway the room will be available from 06.00pm on.

Yes, of course! but a little over charge is requested: 3%: e.g. if you have to pay 88€ you will transfer 88+2.64=90.64€.
